How do I control who can access the KLIK Boks?

Windows, Mac and iOS users must log into the KLIK Boks using the Device ID and Password before gaining access to the device. Even then however, the system operates on a first-come, first-served basis where the first person to start presenting takes control of the KLIK Boks. In applications where moderation of the presenters is needed, such as in a classroom, use the Conference Mode.

 

Conference Mode allows one authorized user to control which client can present at a given time. The administrator has password-protected access to Conference Mode and when logged in as such can preview users’ screens and initiate their screen sharing sessions.
