Whiteboard and Annotation

The KLIK app for Windows and Mac includes an ANNOTATOR function that allows the presenter to draw directly on the presentation screen. Launch the ANNOTATOR from the KLIK app by clicking on the ANNOTATOR button.

The ANNOTATOR CONTROL PANEL opens on the left side of the screen. Select the MARKER button to draw over the current screen image, or the SKETCH button to switch to a Whiteboard. All images and markups can be saved and shared as PNG image files.

Right-click anywhere on the screen while the marker is active to open the drawing toolbar in the top right side of the screen. Change marker color and tip width, select the Highliter and color or select the TEXT icon to open a text box and type right on the screen. The SHAPE tool allows drawing of 8 different shape types, in both FILL and OUTLINE. The ERASER tool can be used to delete selected sections of the annotations. Click on the CLEAR tool to erase all annotations from the screen, and use the UNDO and REDO tools step back the annotations. The CLOSE tool hides the toolbar.

Click STOP in the ANNOTATOR CONTROL PANEL to end the annotation session and click the EXIT button to close the Annotation app.
